The rooms are a little dated (older furniture, dull color scheme) but you will know that if you do a little research before booking a room in this category. The room was decent- nice size, big bathroom, and clean. I stayed in a Carnaval Tower room with a view of the High Roller which was a great view at night and dawn/dusk. She introduced herself and told me to let her know if I needed anything. When I arrived at my room I was greeted by a housekeeper who was working in a room close by. So, I probably spent 5 minutes checking in at the kiosk and I was on my way to my room. It was simple to use and upon completion of check in it gave me room keys. Due to the long lines I thought I'd take a chance on the kiosk. I usually stay at a MGM property so I wasn't familiar with how to use the kiosk. There were long lines to check in (remember it was a holiday wknd) but I noticed kiosks in the check in area. I stayed Memorial Day weekend and arrived at Harrah's at 11am. I read other reviews and would like to share my advice to avoid issues.
